11 March 2022 - Middle East Diplomatic – A court case against the Turkish intelligence and assassination team is in the hands of the Brussels Palace of Justice. The intelligence and assassination team is consisted of ex-police-military officers, diplomats, employers, businessmen under fake names and agents. They were collecting information to kill the Kurdish politicians in 2017-2019 in Brussels. But the Turkish team were followed closely by the Belgian and French police and intelligence services.

Y.Koç, Z.Çelikbilek, N.DemiroÄŸulları and H.Akkulak are the main actors in the police investigation reports which shows clearly that they have deep connections to the senior officials of the Turkish-Erdogan system. Members of the Turkish intelligence and assassination team reside in Belgium, France and Turkey.

According to the thousands of pages of Belgian and French police and intelligence documents, the aim of the Turkish assassination team was to kill the Kurds, primarily Kurdish politicians KONGRA-GEL co-chair Remzi Kartal and KCK-KNK Executive Council member Zübeyir Aydar.

The lawyer of the Kurdish side, Jan Fermon underlined that the Turkish intelligent network of assassination and espionage across Europe is well known phenomena which can lead assassinations as in the Paris case in January 2013 where three Kurdish women activists have been brutally murdered.

A lawyer defending one of a Turkish business man, who is accused in the police investigation for the “logistics and recruiting agents” to the killing team, told that his clients role is minor then to be involved in killing.

The Brussels court, after hearing the lawyers of the parties, adjourned the hearing to 22 April 2022.
